Blocks World Outdoor Theme Park

Xifeng·Nanshan Blocks World Outdoor Theme Park was built in the 3A scenic spot of Nanshan Post House in Guizhou China, which covers an area of 20000 square meters. This whole outdoor theme park project was create by Cowboy Group according to the red culture background of Xifeng county and the project site, including sales negotiation, site planning and design, customized production, and landing installation, so as to create a parent-child interactive outdoor unpowered theme park integrating leisure sightseeing, outdoor expansion, catering and accommodation.

Design Concept

The location of the projects -Nanshan Post House Park is surrounded by forest, has a beautiful ecological environment and is the demonstration park for ecological construction by local government. At the same time, Xifeng County has a deep red cultural heritage（A kind of Chinese characteristic culture in the Revolutionary War era） and is constructed with the Concentration Camp Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the Site of the Red Army Crossing the Wujiang River, the Jiuzhuang Red Army Martyrs Cemetery and so on. Based on the above two characteristics, Cowboy Group decided to create an exclusive IP theme--Forest Villages, Building Blocks Crossing,and Never Forget The History.

When Cowboy Group designed this exclusive IP outdoor theme park, according the  exclusive IP theme character-Xifeng water ELF, expanding the wonderful story line that integrated local Red Culture （A kind of Chinese characteristic culture in the Revolutionary War era）to broadcast the Chinese history to children by outdoor scene,and then sowing "red seeds" in children's hearts. The Water Elves first arrived at the Blocks Castle and met the kids living there, they led the children through playing the projects in Blocks World Outdoor Theme Park to explore the defense system and experience the concentrated Red Army climbing snow mountains, water, grass, and mountains so that children feel hard-won modern happiness.

This favored place named Xifeng ever got a famous revolution success event, and that is the Red Army crossed the Wujiang River on bamboo rafts during the Long March which laid a solid foundation for the convening of the Zunyi meeting and the establishment of the Qianbei Revolutionary Base Area. Through the vein of the time, the water Elves and the kids board the Wujiang War Ship in the new era together to guard the good home and be the little master of the new era.

Functional Partition ＆ Matching Equipment

Blocks World Outdoor Theme Park is panned for five zones and three play functional areas with amusement equipment. Meanwhile, the three play functional areas are Blocks Castle Zone，Tramp Over Hill and Dale Zone, War Ship Remembrance Zone, and each play area is based on meeting the needs of children of different ages to play, creating a playability and practicality coexist playground.

First of all, the Blocks Castle Zone is designed to be an all-age play area that is suitable for kids aged 3-15 years old. The main equipment is a large-scale Blocks Castle Playground with stainless steel slides, plastic slides climbing nets, etc. Besides, this area also contains seesaws, rocking horses, smart expansion equipment, rope nets and so on. All these equipment can help children exercise their courage and improve their body balance ability.

Furthermore, the Tramp Over Hill and Dale Zone is a play area for middle age children 3-6 years old, which covers climbing nets, trampoline, terrain slides, megaphone equipment, music house equipment and so on.This area sets up a simulation scene for children to learn about red culture and the hard life of the Red Army Long March, which can play a role in education, interaction and cooperation for kids, and also provide an excellent scenery for parents and children to take photos and leave the memory. In addition, this area also builds a block world theme indoor playground, providing more possibilities for entertainment and exercise for middle and small age children, and promoting their growth in a happy and healthy state.

Moreover, the third area is the War Ship Remembrance Zone which is an all-age play area created for the kids aged 3-15 years old. In this area, the Wujiang Ship Playground was built, and the children who boarded the ship were like sailing in the Wujiang River at that time, leading the children to recall and feel the fearless determination and patriotic spirit of the ancestors who forcibly crossed the Wujiang River with bamboo rafts. Besides,this area is also equipped with swings, a hula wall playground, a sand pool, ziplines, and other play equipment and  through playing in the area, children can exercise their independent thinking ability, remember history, and cherish the memory of ancestors.
