British Style Play Tower in Singapore

Design Concept  

The design of this outdoor playground is inspired by the combination of British style and adventure, aimed at providing children with an outdoor activity space filled with exploration and interactive experiences. The overall design centers around a British style playground tower, complemented by a slide, creating the feeling of being in a fairy-tale forest. With a clever spatial layout and rich play elements, this facility not only satisfies children's desire for adventure and exploration but also promotes their physical development, social skills, and creativity.

Main Structure and Functions

British Style Play Tower  

   - Exterior Design: The tower is made from HPL materials, mimicking the texture and color of real trees. The facade of the tower features multiple small windows and doorways, increasing visual interest and interaction.

   - Internal Functionality: Inside the tower, there are stairs and platforms for children to climb and rest. Interactive elements such as telescopes and chalkboards are installed on the platforms, encouraging children to observe their surroundings, engage in drawing, and nurture their curiosity and imagination.

Slide  

   - Design Features: The slide extends from the bottom of the tree house, enhancing the fun and challenge of sliding.

   - Speed Experience: The slide provides an exciting sliding experience and allows children to feel the thrill of speed and rotation, helping them develop balance and coordination.

Climbing Frame and Observation Platform  

   - Variety of Play: The tree house is surrounded by climbing frames and observation platforms, suitable for children of different ages and physical abilities to practice climbing. The observation platform offers a wide view, allowing children to overlook the entire playground and surrounding scenery.

   - Social Space: These features also provide children with opportunities for communication and cooperation, fostering friendships and teamwork.

This British-style tower is not just a play area but also a space that sparks children’s imagination and creativity.
